The Disclosure Template function allows user to organize list of indicators meaningfully. If user wants to collect data from other organizations, they can create a template with specific indicators and share with them.
To create a disclosure template, click on the ‘+ Create new template’ button, name the template and provide a description.
Click on the ‘Edit Indicator List’ button to enter the GIL and start adding the indicators the user wants to save for this disclosure template.
Use the search and filter bar to navigate and find the required indicator. If users bookmark an indicator group, all required member indicators will also be pre-selected for the user. Once completed, click ‘Done.’
At any time, users can come back to the created template and edit the list of indicators, by clicking on the ‘Edit List’ button.
Share the disclosure template with a linked organization by clicking on the ‘Share’ button, and select the organization that the user want to share the disclosure template with. Note, the user will only see organizations which are linked to the user's organization via the Organization Network function.
Now if the user clicks into the recipient organization, they can see that the disclosure template is available for viewing and tracking against. Assuming they have already tracked the available indicators, they can then choose the indicators to disclose under the “Map Indicators for Roll-up" tab, where they can input their tracked indicators into the fields dictated by the template shared with them, where it will then be made visible to the partner organization.
When an organization receives a disclosure template, the template will be registered under the ‘Shared by other organization’ tab. A user can view the list of indicators under the ‘Indicators’ tab.
Assuming all required indicators have been tracked, they will then be mapped to the disclosure template indicator list. User can always come back to this screen to update indicators to map.
The user can now return to the Track Indicators page to record facts. Assuming they have already tracked the available indicators, they can then choose the indicators to disclose under the “Map Indicators for connection" tab, where they can input tracked indicators into the fields dictated by the template shared with them, where it will then be made visible to the partner organization.
If there are no tracked indicators matching the received template indicators, then the user will need to configure new indicators by clicking on the three dots beside each indicator row. The configuration process is explained in
