As an example, if your organization has unique engagement practices that send your staff overseas and want to track it, you could create a custom indicator.
Enter Name, Identifier and Applicable from date.
Assign the appropriate topic tag to this indicator by clicking on Topic->expand on Social -> Human Capital -> select Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion.
Hit Next.
This indicator measures number of employees and thus has a numerical value. Select Quantitative for Indicator type.
Unit of measure is Employees.
Define the range of values that this indicator may take.
Review and hit Submit.
Your newly created indicator can be found in the custom indicators tab.
