Part 6: Public Disclosure Templates

Public disclosure templates contain pre-selected indicators material to the respective industries. This gives users a jump-start in their ESG disclosure journey.

List of public disclosure templates available

Upon clicking the Public Disclosure Templates tab on the menu, users are shown a list of available public disclosure templates. Users may search public disclosure templates by industries and frameworks. Once a suitable template has been found, they may then click "View" to inspect the template and its indicators.

User can then click on "Save a Copy". The template will then be saved under the "Disclosure Templates" tab.

Users may click the 3 dots beside the "View" button to save the public disclosure template.

Users can click the 3 dots beside the "View" button to save all indicators within the template at once.

After saving the indicators, users can find them under the saved indicators tab, using the "Disclosure Templates" filter option. Simply filter for the relevant disclosure template to view all the saved indicators from that template. This works for public as well as private disclosure templates.

Users can then proceed to configure said indicators and record data as per the workflow explained in #5.2.-saving-and-configuring-indicators.
