In this example, we see a categorized indicator, "Total energy consumption by energy type", which is an indicator categorized into 4 components, Electricity, Heating, Cooling, and Steam.
Our cooling component is required to be calculated before being used in this categorized indicator. To initiate the mapping of the calculated output,
Click on the cell that is to be the destination of the mapping. In this case, "Cooling".
Click on the Link icon button
In the subsequent modal, select the source indicator to map from and click 'Save'
If there are existing facts, there will be a confirmation popup. Click, 'Remove' to confirm.
Any existing facts will be overwritten by the mapped indicator's facts
After the facts have been mapped, you will observe that the input field will no longer allow direct manual inputs and it will have a link icon to show which source indicator it is mapping from.
To unmap the indicator, simply click 'Unmap' in the tooltip of the mapped indicator.
